About us
About Concrete Contractor Bridgeview
Practical builders. Prices on paper. Slabs built from the limestone up.
Why We Price It This Way
Most concrete bids we have seen are one number. No base depth. No thickness. No word on steel or removal. The homeowner has no way to compare, and no way to know what got skipped until the slab sinks or cracks.
We do it the other way. Measure the site. Check the slope. Figure out what failed if there is old concrete. Then write it all down. How deep we dig. How much limestone. How thick the slab. What steel. What finish. Who hauls the old concrete. Each a separate line.
Then we pour exactly what the sheet says. Footings for an addition, a new drive, a stamped patio, a run of storefront walk. Same approach every time.
What We Are After
Concrete that stays flat and drains right. A price you understand before you agree to it. A yard left clean. Straight answers when a cheaper option makes more sense.
How We Are Different
Line-by-line pricing
Every part of the job written out before work starts.
Base first
Soft soil out and limestone tamped under every slab.
Joints planned
Laid out ahead so cracks follow the lines.
Stamped work done carefully
Patterns and colors picked to match the house, then sealed.
Clean exit
Rubble hauled, forms pulled, edges backfilled.
One crew lead
Prices your job, runs it, answers the phone.
